Replace 'Smith' with your baby's surname. For different wording, enter the complete text you want printed. Replace the whole arrival line when changing from a date to 'Coming Soon' or vice versa.

A: Yes. Enter the complete message and replace the whole 'Coming Soon' line with your date wording, for example 'Due September 2027'. Include the baby's surname and do not keep 'Coming Soon' after 'Due'.

Q: Can I remove the footprints or change the layout?

A: For changes to the footprints or printed layout, contact us before ordering so we can confirm what is possible. The personalisation box is for your wording.

Q: Can I return a personalised item?

A: Personalised items can't be returned unless faulty or we've made a mistake. If there's a problem, contact us and we'll put it right.

Q: How should I wash the garment?

A: Wash at 30°C inside out. Do not bleach. Tumble dry on low and iron on the reverse, avoiding the print.

Q: Will the print last through washing?

A: We print directly onto the garment with ink designed to stay vibrant through repeated gentle washes. Follow the care instructions to help protect the print.
