Dispatch Time

Baby Pandas aims to dispatch ready-made items within 3 working days. For bespoke items, please allow up to 10 working days from order to be dispatched. Please note that this is the dispatch time and not the shipping time. Urgent dispatch may be accommodated; just reach out to me. Please be kind when I cannot accommodate urgent orders during busy period. 

 

Delivery Method

We ship using the following method

- Royal Mail first or second class

- Evri standard delivery

- Evri International tracked delivery

- DHL / Fedex / UPS for International wholesale accounts

 

Shipping fee is automatically calculated at the checkout.

 

Gift

We do not include an invoice or dispatch note with your order unless you specifically requested. We can add a gift note free of charge.

 

Packaging

We aim to use plastic free packaging whenever possible. However, when we do use bubble wrap for fragile items like mirrors and ceramic mugs.

 

Delay

Please email hello@babypandas.co.uk to enquire if your parcel is more than 1 week late.

 

Important notice:

Oversea customers are responsible for paying VAT when the goods enter the country of your residents.

 

Returns

For exchanges, refunds, or cancellations, follow these guidelines:

- Contact me within 7 days of delivery.

- Request cancellation within 24 hours of purchase.

- Ship items back within 21 days of delivery.

 

Please note that I do not accept exchanges or refunds on custom orders or sale items unless the items are damaged or faulty. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs, and if the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Refunds will be issued upon receipt. Return address can be found on the shipping label, alternatively, please email us for the return address.
