They also avoid the harsh solvents used in some traditional printing methods, and therefore friendly to the environment.

Q: Can I remove the footprints or heart?

A: These details are part of this design. Contact us before ordering to check whether a graphic change is possible. Custom wording in the personalisation box does not change the illustrations.

Q: Can I return a personalised item?

A: Personalised items can't be returned unless faulty or we've made a mistake. If there's a problem, contact us and we'll put it right.

Q: How should I wash the garment?

A: Wash at 30°C inside out. Do not bleach. Tumble dry on low and iron on the reverse, avoiding the print.

Q: Will the print last through washing?

A: We print directly onto the garment with ink designed to stay vibrant through repeated gentle washes. Follow the care instructions to help protect the print.
